The Senile Delinquents

Although Breathless are keen to point out that they are not a note-for-note tribute act, they are essentially a Milton Keynes-based band that plays cover versions of classic British and American 1950s and 1960s Rock & Roll and Rhythm & Blues. Their line up of dual lead vocals, piano/organ/keyboards, guitar, bass and drums allows for classic songs to be adapted to fit their own sound, in a similar approach to those adopted by bands such as Dr Feelgood or The Faces, all presented in a relaxed atmosphere created by years of combined gigging experience... Artists featured in Breathless' act at the moment include the usual suspects from that magical era - Elvis, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jerry Lee Lewis (featuring the outstanding piano work of Breathless' own Lew Lewis - the original senile delinquent), Chuck Berry, The Who, The Small Faces, Fats Domino, Etta James, early Rod Stewart... So, if you're looking to be transported to the fantastic era of jukeboxes, Cadillacs, Triumph Bonnevilles and Innocenti Lambrettas, then what better option is there than attending a Breathless gig near you? Or even better still, booking your own..? A demo cd is available. For more information, including how to book and prices, please use the "contact us" section of this site...
